Curl Coach builds a database of players, teams, venues, competitions, games, and a other content on your device. That database is stored on your device and not shared with any other devices as part of the normal use of Curl Coach. Its your data, it stays on your device unless you choose to share it in some manner.
Curl Coach includes a "Backup Data" option on the Options page which allows you to copy your entire database to any one of a number of backup locations including iCloud, Dropbox, Box, or similar solutions, or to send your database via email. Each of these backup locations have their own privacy policies and terms of service, and by backing up to one of these locations you are bound by their policies.
Curl Coach includes a number of ways to share your content with other users of Curl Coach. This includes sharing Players, Teams, Venues and/or Competitions. If you choose to share content in this manner, the content is subject to any privacy agreement you may have with the person or organization you choose to share with and is beyond the scope of this policy.
The LiveStones feature of Curl Coach is intended to allow you to share your competitions / games with fans of your team. All games streamed to LiveStones are made publicly available on the Web and can be viewed by anyone with a Web browser. Streamed games include (but are not limited to) player names, shot selection, shot scores, miss reasons, rock positions and rock motion. Coaches notes are NEVER included in LiveStones shared games.
You may choose to delete any game you have shared on LiveStones. Deleting a game removes that game from public view and anonymizes the data so it cannot be associated with you in any way. This process removes all team names, player names, venue names, and LiveStones account identifiers. Such data may be used by Curl Coach for analytic purposes.
If your contact Curl Coach support (via firstname.lastname@example.org), you may be asked to provide a current copy of your database, and/or an exported Player, Team, Competition, or other content. This content will be used by the development team to help identify and resolve you issue, and will not be used for any other purpose.
Please direct any questions to email@example.com
CurlClocks records session times in a database on the device being used to control the clocks for a game (the controller). No data is stored on the device being used as a display for game clocks (the display). That database is stored on the controller device and not shared in any way as part of the normal use of Curl Clocks. Its your data, it stays on your device unless you choose to share it in some manner.
CurlClocks allows you to share game timing information between devices, in which case a copy of the data is transferred to a second device or location. You may choose to share timing information (for example) from a controller device which is a phone to a display device, which is a tablet in order to more easily visualize the data. Where such content is shared with a version of CurlClocks installed on a different device, that data is retained on that device under the same terms as described above (see General). If you choose to share content via email, or on a cloud storage location like iCloud or DropBox, or with another person, the content is subject to any privacy agreement you may have with the person or organization you choose to share with and is beyond the scope of this policy.
